Information you give us
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name if supplied, the type of support you are interested in and the message you send. You choose whether to provide this information.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to read and respond to your message, discuss potential work and keep a reasonable record of our conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where discussions lead to work, taking steps towards or performing a contract.
We do not use contact-form information to add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell your personal information.
Contact-form provider
The website uses FormSubmit to route completed contact forms to our email inbox. This means the details you submit are processed by that service to deliver your message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message box.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand broad patterns such as which pages are visited and how people move around the site. Analytics storage is disabled unless you select “Allow analytics” in our cookie notice. If you decline, analytics cookies are not enabled.
Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change it at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
Who we share information with
We only share information where needed to operate the website and respond to you—for example with our website hosting, form-delivery, email and analytics providers—or where the law requires it. These providers process information under their own security and privacy arrangements. Some may process data outside the UK using recognised safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage any resulting working relationship and meet legal or business record-keeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
To exercise a right, email us using the address above. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, suppliers or legal responsibilities change. The latest version and its date will always appear on this page.
